Vietnam’s top badminton player, Nguyễn Thùy Linh, is set to compete in the Super 500 Indonesia Masters held in Jakarta, Indonesia from May 20 to May 25.

The organizers of this year’s Indonesia Masters have announced the draws, with Thùy Linh’s first-round opponent being Lin Hsiang-ti.

Born in 1998, Lin Hsiang-ti is currently ranked 21st in the world women’s singles badminton rankings, two places ahead of Thùy Linh. Throughout her career, Lin has won two titles: the 2022 Slovenia International and the 2023 Ruichang China Masters.
