The 20 winners of the MLV Gold Glove Awards have been announced, with no recipients from the champion Dodgers.

MLB announced the 2025 Gold Glove Award recipients, with 20 players recognized, but the World Series-winning Los Angeles Dodgers had no players on the list. Although Yoshinobu Yamamoto, hailed as the "world’s top pitcher," won MVP, Sawamura Award, and Gold Glove simultaneously for three straight years in Japan’s professional league, he failed to make the final candidate list this year. However, Dodgers players have already proven their strength by winning the World Series championship.

Cleveland Guardians’ outfielder Steven Kwan secured his fourth consecutive Gold Glove for left field, winning every year since his rookie season, becoming only the third player in history to achieve this feat. The league record is held by two legends: right fielder Ichiro Suzuki and third baseman Nolan Arenado, both of whom won Gold Gloves in each of their first ten seasons.

This season, the Dodgers had shortstop Mookie Betts and utility player Miguel Rojas nominated. Betts, a six-time Gold Glove winner in right field, impressed by making the final list again after switching to the more challenging shortstop position, demonstrating exceptional athleticism. Defensive specialist Rojas, despite going hitless for a month before Game 7 of the World Series, hit a crucial game-tying home run in the ninth inning, playing a key role in the Dodgers’ championship victory.
