Baseball Rules Quick Start:
How it is scored
After the attacker hits the ball, runs past first, second, and third base in turn and returns to home plate to score 1 point. If the batting ball flies directly out of the outfield fence (home run), both the batter and the runner who has reached base score points.
Tournament structure
- There are a total of 9 innings, each game is divided into two halves, and each side attacks and defends once.
- After the attacker has 3 players out, the offense and defense are exchanged; In the case of a 9-game draw, the game will be played until the winner is decided.
Offensive and defensive roles
- Offense: Run the base after hitting the ball, try to get on base as safely as possible and score.
- Defense: The pitcher throws the ball, and the other players receive the ball to block the runner (catch, touch, block) or strikeout (miss 3 good shots).
Critical out
- Strikeout: The batter misses the pitcher's good ball 3 times.
- Catch: The ball is caught directly in the air by the defender.
- Block/Touch: A runner is touched or stepped on by a defender with the ball before reaching base.
Common terms
- Hit: Successful base after batting (first base, second base, etc.).
- Delivery: The pitcher accumulates 4 bad shots, and the batter gets to first base for free.
In a word: the attacker hits the ball and runs the base to score, the defender throws and catches, 3 people go out and change sides, and the winner is divided after 9 innings!
