Presti won 10 first-place votes, 6 second-place votes, and 6 third-place votes, for a total of 74 points. Ultraman, who finished second, won 6 first-place votes, 8 second-place votes, and 4 third-place votes, for a total of 58 points. Langton received 6 first-place votes, 5 second-place votes and 7 third-place votes, for a total of 52 points.
Lakers general manager Pelinka made a league-shaking Doncic trade this year to get the cornerstone of the team's future, he won one No. 1 vote, and finished sixth with a total of 11 points, while Mavericks general manager Harrison, who sold Doncic, was not on the list of 13 managers who received votes.
Presti, who has been the Thunder's general manager since 2007 (when he was in his final year for the Seattle SuperSonics), finished second in 2010, 2020 and 2024 before finally taking first place this year. The Thunder are at the top of the league with 68 wins and 14 losses this season, and not only is the current roster still young, but the Thunder also have a lot of first-round picks in their hands.
