Fortunately, the World Snooker Tour (WST) has officially praised the event, and according to the 2025/26 season schedule listed on the official website, next year's Grand Prix will still be held in Hong Kong, from February 3 to 8.

This year's World Snooker Grand Prix is organized by WST and F-Sports Promotion Limited, and the two parties have signed a five-year contract. In the aftermath of the eviction incident, Fung Huanhuan, director of F-Sports Promotion Limited, said that if the event was still held in Hong Kong, Kai Tak Sports Park would still be his preferred venue. According to the WST official website, next year's Grand Prix has not yet secured a venue, but it is already scheduled to be held in Hong Kong from February 3 to February 8, 2026. The top 32 players in the world rankings will qualify for the Grand Prix.
