5 for 2! Hello, Cui Yongxi! Another blockbuster trade has been completed.

In the 5-for-2 exchange, Guangdong gained Cui Yongxi and Jiao Boqiao, while Guangzhou received Xu Xin, Chen Guohao, Zhang Huafei, Xia Zhenfeng, plus a hefty cash sum.

Cui Yongxi is a player cultivated by Guangzhou. The two parties collaborated in the CBA for two seasons. In his rookie year, he averaged 11.9 points, 5.5 rebounds, 2.7 assists, and 2 steals per game, with shooting percentages of 45.3%, 37.1%, and 89.9% respectively; in his sophomore year, he averaged 15.7 points, 6 rebounds, 3.3 assists, and 1.7 steals, with shooting percentages of 45.5%, 36.4%, and 78.6%.

This guy is not only already a CBA All-Star, but also an important member of the national team. Last summer, he signed a two-way contract with the Brooklyn Nets and made it to the NBA, although he only played 5 regular-season games last season (averaging 0.6 points and 0.4 rebounds) before suffering a torn ACL in his left knee.

Jiao Boqiao is only 23 years old and also a highly promising superstar with both immediate impact and great potential. Standing 2.10 meters tall, he played for Guangzhou last season, averaging 13.3 points and 4.4 rebounds per game, and notably hit 1.3 three-pointers per game at a 31.3% shooting rate.
