The two teams in Los Angeles will finally resume tomorrow: Lakers host Spurs Clippers host Heat

On January 13, Beijing time, according to a reporter from the Lakers and Clippers, the two teams in Los Angeles will play tomorrow according to the original schedule and will not be postponed. Previously, both teams had their games affected by the Southern California wildfires. The Lakers were forced to postpone two games in a row (against the Hornets and Spurs), while the Clippers were forced to postpone one game (against the Hornets).

For now, the wildfires in Southern California are initially under control, but the fire threat will remain "very high" due to the return of dangerous Santa Ana winds early this week. More than 100,000 residents are still under evacuation orders. The coastal Palisad fire has been brought under control by at least 11 per cent and firefighters are working to ensure it does not spread further to Brentwood (where James lives). The Eaton fire in Altadina has been brought under control by 27%.

Authorities have confirmed at least 16 people killed in the Southern California fires, but say the true death toll cannot be assessed at this time.

Lakers star James once updated social media and wrote: "I pray this nightmare ends soon! When the Southern California fires broke out before, James was also the first to speak out and pray.

Lakers officials also posted a video and photo of the whole team wearing a tracksuit printed with "Thank you, firefighters" yesterday, and the caption read: "Salute to the heroes who protect our community." James also retweeted the news at the time with the caption: "Thank you so much to all of you firefighters. โ€

According to previous reports, Durant, George and others' mansions in Palisades were burned down, and the childhood residence of Warriors coach Kerr and the house rented by Lakers coach Redick were not spared.
