Denver, who had lost their last four home games, have now secured eight consecutive wins away from home.

Murray, initially doubtful after spraining his right ankle on Monday, was deadly from beyond the arc.

He made 10 of 11 three-point attempts and converted 19 of 25 shots overall in his fifth career 50-point game, including two in the playoffs.

"I hope people realize, it’s not just the 52 points, but the 19 of 25 shooting, 10 for 11 from three, and four for five at the free throw line. That’s incredible efficiency," said Nuggets head coach David Adelman.

"This might be one of the most efficient 50-point performances ever."

Nikola Jokic contributed 24 points, eight rebounds, and 13 assists for Denver, who finished the second quarter on a 22-3 run and maintained control despite a strong challenge from the Pacers, who have struggled with injuries after making last season's NBA Finals.

The Milwaukee Bucks rebounded from the early loss of two-time NBA MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo, overcoming an 18-point deficit to defeat the Detroit Pistons 113-109.

Antetokounmpo went down without contact in the third minute. He managed to walk off but was ruled out due to what the team initially described as a right calf strain.

Bucks coach Doc Rivers said the Greek star was sent for an MRI scan at the hospital but the team does not suspect an Achilles tendon injury.

Giannis’s injury raised further doubts about his future.

After losing eight of their previous nine games, the Bucks faced renewed trade rumors involving Antetokounmpo on Wednesday, with reports suggesting he was "considering his options" with the franchise.

Rivers maintained before the game that there had been "no discussions" between Giannis and the team about a trade, and said the win — despite the rumors and injury — demonstrated the team’s resilience.

Kevin Porter Jr. contributed 26 points, Ryan Rollins added 22, while AJ Green scored 11 of his 19 points in the fourth quarter to help fuel the comeback.

"It was an incredible victory," Rivers remarked. "We fell behind early, missed wide-open great shots, but nothing was falling."

"And then Giannis gets hurt... to come back from that shows a lot about this team."

San Antonio's De'Aaron Fox tallied 31 points, including decisive free throws with 1.4 seconds left, as the Spurs edged out the Magic 114-112 in Orlando.

Six Spurs players scored in double digits as San Antonio overcame the absence of French star Victor Wembanyama and reigning Rookie of the Year Stephon Castle.

Franz Wagner led Orlando with 25 points, trailing most of the game but tying it at 112-112 with 7.7 seconds left.

After Fox put the Spurs ahead, Wagner’s final layup attempt was blocked by Luke Kornet.

The Los Angeles Clippers ended a five-game losing streak with a 115-92 victory over the Atlanta Hawks in Atlanta, overcoming the disruption caused by the team’s sudden split with veteran Chris Paul.

James Harden posted 27 points and nine assists, while Kawhi Leonard added 21 points, six rebounds, and five assists for the Clippers, who notched only their sixth win of the season.

This came hours after the club announced it had parted ways with Paul, who starred for the Clippers from 2011 to 2017 and had returned this year for his 21st and likely final NBA season.
