Fan votes count for 50% of the selection weight, while player and media votes each account for 25%. After all votes are tallied, players are ranked within the Eastern and Western conferences based on each voting group's results. A player's final score is calculated as the weighted average of their rankings in fan, player, and media votes.

The weighting for player scores is distributed as 50% from fan voting, 25% from player voting, and 25% from media voting. The specific formula is: (Fan rank × 2 + Player rank + Media rank) ÷ 4.
