After signing a max contract extension, a moment of Reeves was revealed! He lay on the golf course with complete relief, eager to win a championship for the Lakers.

On June 25th Beijing time, Austin Reeves was an undrafted NBA prospect after college. Climbing into the league once felt impossible. Today, he has secured a four-year, $185 million max deal with the Lakers.

The photo above, taken by his girlfriend, freezes Reeves' activity on the golf course today. A source close to Reeves told ESPN: "The man in this picture will have more chances to compete for a championship by staying in Los Angeles."

According to a source close to Reeves, when his agent team finalized the four-year, $185 million extension with the Lakers, Austin Reeves let out a long sigh of complete relief.

The source added: "He wants to wear the Lakers uniform for life. Nothing matters more to him than winning a championship for this city."

Reeves graduated from the University of Oklahoma. He went undrafted and joined the Lakers on a two-way contract. In just a few years, he grew into a near-All-Star player, averaging 23.3 points, 5.5 assists, and 4.7 rebounds last season.

This contract set an NBA record for an undrafted player's salary, quickly placing Reeves among the greatest undrafted players ever.

Reeves' current goal is to team up with Doncic to bring a championship to the Lakers. If LeBron James chooses to stay in Los Angeles, the three will continue to play together.
