A while back, King of Glory announced the collaboration with Luo Xiaohei’s Story. Many players must have gotten the Nezha collaboration skin by now, and at that time, King of Glory promised that two more collaboration skins were coming soon. Now, these two skins have finally been officially revealed. Let’s check them out together~

Baili Xuance - Luo Xiaohei’s Story

The Baili Xuance skin is of epic quality and is a free reward-type skin. It can be obtained through the monthly welfare gift pack pool with a free chance refresh. This is quite friendly for players who already own all epic skins in the pool, but for others, it depends on luck and probability. Of course, it can also be purchased directly later in the shop.

As for this skin, overall it feels a bit like a cosplay or anthropomorphic animal style. Fans of the original might not fully accept it, but for regular players, it’s not a big issue. The design mainly features Xiaohei’s cat form and the split tail “Black Shoo.” Normal attacks leave cat paw-shaped marks in space, and Black Shoo jumps out; the passive mark is an adorable starry-eyed Xiaohei; the first skill dash leaves Black Shoo behind, claw marks on the ground, and the next attack throws double chains; the second skill shows Black Shoo when charging, Xiaohei’s head shows a laughing expression on hit, enemies get a crying cat head above them, and the ground’s magic circle depicts four expressions of Xiaohei; the third skill is a flashy spatial effect.

Zhang Liang - Luo Xiaohei’s Story

Zhang Liang’s skin is of hero quality and is a free reward-type skin, obtainable by exchanging 48 skin fragments in the limited-time skin fragment shop. Zhang Liang gains another hero skin, making a total of seven skins below epic quality, which is somewhat excessive. Also, this is the third time this year that a new skin has been directly released in the skin fragment shop; the previous two were epic skins, but this time it’s a hero skin.

Overall, Zhang Liang’s skin is quite faithful to the original character. As a hero-grade skin, the effects are naturally quite simple, with almost no new elements. However, compared to other hero-quality skins, there are some changes rather than just a simple color swap. For example, the first skill’s magic barrier features four different pattern designs; the second skill’s magic circle on the ground includes many Xiaohei expressions, and the ultimate’s inner ring has a similar design. Still, the visual effect looks quite plain, fitting for hero quality.

Considering Zhang Liang already has many hero skins, unless you are a true Luo Xiaohei fan or a dedicated Zhang Liang player, it’s not highly recommended to redeem this skin. It might be better to save your skin fragments for future use.
