The skin is called "Su Lie Critical Deduction". Just by the name, Xiaodi thought it was a chess-themed skin, but it turns out it's a scientist/researcher style. Critical Deduction Skin Design

This time, Su Lie's design takes a scientific research route, mainly in pure white and dark brown, with some light cyan neon light effects. It gives the feeling of someone walking out of a lab. The most striking part is the left arm, designed as a silver-gray mechanical prosthetic, with glowing lights embedded in the joints and palm, giving it a strong mechanical feel. He wears a long white lab coat with broad shoulders, which, combined with Su Lie's robust physique, creates a strong overall presence.

The weapon is also quite interesting. Instead of a traditional pillar or blunt weapon, it's a giant petri dish, with a metal frame enclosing a transparent chamber, inside which flows light cyan liquid energy. This design is indeed novel, completely different from all previous Su Lie skins, marking a new path.

Also, I wonder if you remember that Duo Liya has a skin called "Oceanic Expedition". It's actually a similar research style, and behind Duo Liya's skin poster, there is also a researcher. Of course, it's clearly not Su Lie, but the overall dressing style is similar to Su Lie's current image, for example, both wear white lab coats. And in the corner of Su Lie's new skin poster, there is actually a purple-haired figure. By comparison, it's basically confirmed to be Duo Liya, so these two skins actually belong to the same universe~

Su Lie's Current Strength

Back to the hero himself, Su Lie's performance as a support is not very good right now. His win rate across all ranks is only about 48%, and his pick rate is very low, making him a relatively niche support. However, in Peak Matches, the situation is better, with a win rate around 51% and a slightly higher pick rate, indicating that Su Lie's strength varies across different tiers.

This is mainly because Su Lie's core role is to initiate team fights. In lower tiers, engaging in team fights is very risky; teammates often can't follow up, and he gets left behind, resulting in poor effectiveness. In higher tiers, players have better awareness and coordination, so Su Lie can perform well. This is also why Su Lie frequently appears in professional matches.

The reason he can initiate fights is that Su Lie has a strong control chain: his first skill's third hit has a knock-up effect, his second skill forces displacement, and his ultimate is a wide-area knock-up. If you have fast enough hands, a combo of controls can render the enemy almost immobile. Additionally, his passive two-life mechanic makes him tankier than most supports in team fights. Overall, his strength is at a playable level.

This skin can be exchanged for 48 skin shards, making it a free welfare skin. However, there have been quite a few such skins recently. To be honest, it feels like we can't keep up with exchanging them. I don't know about you all, but Xiaodi's account's skin shard reserves are indeed running low. Su Lie already has several brave skins, and there was previously a free collaboration skin with the little yellow duck. This skin is also only brave quality, nothing particularly outstanding, so it's only recommended for players who like this style or Su Lie mains to consider getting one.
