Today, Honor of Kings has opened a limited-time coupon shop, and has revealed the details of the skins available for exchange during this event. So, which skins should players prioritize in this limited-time shop?

Legendary Skins

The Legendary skins available this time include: Dharma Golden Leo, Miyamoto Musashi Hell’s Eye, Hou Yi Golden Sagittarius, Mengqi Panda Rongrong, Sun Wukong Hellfire, Wu Zetian Heart of the Ocean, Zhang Liang Golden Aries, and Hua Mulan Champion Flying General—a total of eight options.

Most of these Legendary skins will look familiar, since they were also featured in the skin giveaway event during Spring Festival. Among them, Hou Yi Golden Sagittarius, Miyamoto Musashi Hell’s Eye, and Zhang Liang Golden Aries are especially recommended. Hou Yi and Zhang Liang’s skins are part of the Saint Seiya collaboration, carrying nostalgic value and guaranteed quality, with their dazzling effects standing out in the battlefield. Miyamoto Musashi’s Hell’s Eye, after the recent Death God collaboration skin release, has suddenly gained a surge in popularity and is now the top choice for Miyamoto Musashi mains.

However, the number of limited-time coupons currently announced by Honor of Kings is only 810, while Legendary skins require 1688 coupons to redeem. Although the official announcement says more coupons will be distributed later, the exact number is unknown. So if you want to redeem a Legendary skin, you’ll likely need to make up the difference yourself.

Epic Skins

There are quite a few Epic skins available this time—60 in total. Most of these can already be exchanged through gift books or the fragment shop. After excluding those, the remaining skins that are worth considering include:

Xi Shi Dreamweaver, being a brand new skin, is definitely recommended for priority exchange. There won’t be any free ways to obtain it in the future, and the current exchange price is quite cheap—710 coupons for both the skin and the button, saving you at least 100 coupons.

Other previous Epic skins like Lü Bu Doomsday Mecha, Sun Shangxiang Time Lover, Yang Jian Tianxiu·Qiming, Zhong Kui Wonderland Night, Mai Shiranui Charmer, Kyoshiro Shura, Nakoruru Evening Firefly, and Xiao Qiao Green Snake are all worth considering. These skins are well-made and recognized by many players, and free ways to get them are rare. Even if there are, it’s usually by chance, so events like this limited-time coupon shop don’t come around often.

This limited-time coupon event will run until September 14, so there’s no need to rush. The details for September’s coupon event haven’t been announced yet, and it’s unclear how many coupons will be available, so it’s best to wait for the full announcement before making a decision.
