Mlxg revealed that Uzi is making a comeback! However, a King of Glory streamer quickly lost composure, exposing some negative rumors about Uzi during the live broadcast.

Uzi is set to make a streaming comeback.

Since Uzi openly lamented that streaming was not profitable, he declared a pause in his broadcasts. During this period, many fans have been curious whether Uzi would return to streaming. As the first LPL Hall of Famer, Uzi has significant influence and strong fan loyalty. Recently, during a five-player ranked game with MLXG, Uzi discussed his future plans, mentioning how he envies MLXG for being able to interact with fans daily, while his own activities mostly consist of working out with little else.

After hearing Uzi’s hint, MLXG encouraged him on stream to resume broadcasting soon. Uzi responded that he’s currently busy moving houses, but once he finishes his tasks, he will consider streaming again. With Uzi’s revelations on MLXG’s stream, many fans were thrilled. MLXG also admitted on stream that Uzi enjoys interacting with fans and always chats with them during their team games. If Uzi decides to stream, he could easily attract tens of thousands of viewers simultaneously.

Following the dual revelations from MLXG and Uzi, many viewers are eagerly anticipating Uzi’s return to streaming. Some even speculate that Uzi might restart before the World Championship. Given Uzi’s status as a top LPL star, his commentary on secondary matches always draws substantial attention and discussion. Uzi would surely not miss the opportunity to capitalize on the massive audience of such a major event. (What platform do you think Uzi would join if he really returns to streaming?)

King of Glory streamer exposes negative rumors about Uzi.

After the news of Uzi’s imminent return spread, a streamer known for riding trends, “Kuangmogge,” started revealing negative rumors about Uzi’s comeback. Not long ago, Kuangmogge faced backlash from many League of Legends fans after criticizing Faker, saying he was inferior to Yinuo. Many LOL fans even went to Kuangmogge’s stream to argue that while Faker’s popularity in China may be lower than Yinuo’s, Uzi’s fanbase is definitely larger. In response, Kuangmogge mocked Uzi as a “puppet” hyped up by the official scene.

Kuangmogge then proceeded to “educate” his audience about various negative rumors surrounding Uzi’s previous comeback attempts. He claimed Uzi’s character was problematic, stating that BLG invested heavily to resolve Uzi’s contract issues so he could compete and stream, but Uzi’s performance declined sharply and he failed to deliver results for BLG. Furthermore, Uzi’s streaming content was poor, attracting very few viewers, and his streaming hours each month were insufficient. This led to a fallout between Uzi and BLG, forcing Uzi to humble himself before a certain platform. Kuangmogge insisted his revelations were genuine, coming from insiders.

Of course, many viewers believe Kuangmogge thrives on negative attention. His claim that Faker is worse than Yinuo already suggests a problematic mindset. His purpose seems to be grabbing LOL fans’ attention and boosting his own traffic. Now that Uzi is about to return, Kuangmogge’s “exposés” appear designed to draw Uzi’s fanbase to his stream. (Honestly, I don’t understand what Kuangmogge’s role really is. Is stirring controversy the only way he knows to attract viewers as a streamer?)

Conclusion

When Uzi streamed before, he mentioned wanting to co-stream with support player Ming. Now it seems this might actually happen, especially since Ming has also said he no longer wants to play professionally. Both Uzi and Ming have high popularity, so if they collaborate on streaming, their future looks very promising. Of course, Uzi has said that streaming doesn’t make much money. What do you think—how likely is it that Uzi will return to streaming?
