VCT: G2 defeated MIBR to advance to the finals, where MIBR became the third seed

On May 4, G2 defeated MIBR 3-1 in the lower bracket final of the first stage of the VCT Americas to advance to the final.

G2 advance to the finals and are guaranteed to be the second seed at the Toronto Masters in the Americas.

MIBR reached the lower bracket finals in the first stage, and they became the third seed in the Toronto Masters in the Americas.
