Ho Chi Minh City Police FC (CA TP.HCM) is revealing significant ambitions for the 2025/26 V-League season as they officially assign the number 10 jersey to their new recruit Raphael Schorr Utzig, a high-profile signing recently transferred from Zira FC (Azerbaijan). The Brazilian striker’s arrival promises to enhance the team’s attacking strength under coach Lê Huỳnh Đức.

Born in 1996, Raphael Utzig developed through youth academies in Brazil and has played for several well-known clubs, including experience in Brazil’s Serie A. Moreover, he has participated in Europa League and Europa Conference League qualifiers with Gabala SC, gaining valuable experience on the European stage.
According to Transfermarkt, Utzig is valued at 850,000 Euros (over 26 billion VND), a figure that surpasses the typical V-League market. This reflects the quality and caliber the 29-year-old striker brings to CA TP.HCM. Known for his speed, technical dribbling skills, and creative plays, Utzig is expected to be a key component of the team’s offense.
