VPF announces the final deadline for V-League clubs to confirm their registered foreign players.

According to the regulation in Section 11.1.2 of the V-League 2025/26 National Football Championship Rules regarding player replacement and addition before the 3rd round: No later than 15:00 on the day before the first match of the 3rd round. Based on the current match schedule, the first match of the 3rd round will take place on August 27, 2025.

Therefore, the deadline for all V-League clubs to replace or add players during the first registration phase will end at 15:00 on August 26, 2025. The Organizing Committee informs and urges clubs to promptly review and complete all procedures and registration documents for player replacements or additions (if any) to meet the stipulated deadline.

Specifically, before the first match of the 3rd round, clubs are allowed to: Replace up to 4 players, with a maximum of 4 replacement instances, and Add up to 5 players if the club has not officially registered a full roster of 30 players 14 days before the season opener.

Thus, clubs have approximately 6 days remaining to finalize their decisions on foreign players for the first phase of the V-League 2025/2026.
