Arsenal officially announced the blockbuster signing of Eberechi Eze just before kickoff in their 5-0 victory over Leeds United, marking one of the most surprising deals of this summer's transfer window.

The North London club reached an agreement with Crystal Palace to acquire Eze for an initial fee of £60 million plus £7.5 million in add-ons.
