Real Madrid will not acquire Europe's best 'playmaker'

Specifically, Vitinha is still a Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) player, with no plans to transfer to Real Madrid in the near future. Notably, his contract with PSG does not include a release clause, making it highly unlikely for him to join another club during this transfer window.
