Coach Yutaka Ikeuchi stated: "Although I have only been coaching the team since July and haven’t spent much time with the players, I am experiencing very meaningful moments with them. I am delighted to lead Vietnam U18 in an important tournament for young players. Despite the short preparation time, I want to use this tournament as an opportunity for players to develop and enjoy themselves."

The match between Vietnam U18 and K-League U18 All Star will take place at 17:00 today (September 20).

Spanish Coach Shares Reason for Joining Ninh Bình Club

Spanish coach Gerard Albadalejo openly shared his decision to commit to Ninh Bình FC:

"When I talked with the club president about moving to Ninh Bình, I reviewed the squad quality and immediately noticed Hoàng Đức. He is the reason I am here.

Watching Hoàng Đức play, I felt motivated to coach him. This is very important because both players and coaching staff must move forward together. We have to be like a family, and it is just a matter of time.

It is true that when watching Nam Định’s matches, their stadium is always full of fans. It is a beautiful venue, and I want to experience that atmosphere with my players in the return match."

At 18:00 on September 22, in the 4th round of the LPBank V-League 2025/26, Ninh Bình FC will host the reigning champions Thép Xanh Nam Định at home.
