Opta’s supercomputer has predicted the score for the Brentford vs MU match taking place in the 6th round of the Premier League at 18:30 on September 27.
Opta’s supercomputer believes Brentford is more likely to win against MU this weekend. Specifically, Brentford is given a 48% probability of taking full points. MU wins only 26% of the 10,000 pre-match simulations, with a draw also at 26%.
The 2025/26 season started off poorly for MU, but their tense 2-1 victory over Chelsea marks the first time since December 2023 (under Erik ten Hag) that they have won two consecutive home games in the same season and under the same manager.
Now, Ruben Amorim aims to secure back-to-back Premier League wins for the first time during his tenure. However, this won’t be easy, as MU has recently struggled away from home, particularly in London.
