LPBank V.League 1-2025/26 has started off very thrillingly with the competition among 14 participating teams. In the recently unveiled short promo video introducing the season, the league is imagined as a space battle featuring 14 teams—14 Robots depicted in a unique and creative manner, promising a highly lively and engaging season…
V.League continues to show remarkable innovations in media and league image building over the past years. The season’s promo film style and concept have been regularly updated, creating an attractive and spreading image for the league. In the 2025/26 promo, the 14 V.League 1 teams are presented in a completely new style inspired by the 4.0 era, featuring a "space robot battle" theme. Each club has a unique, strong, and distinctive design that still contains the cultural identity values characteristic of each locality and team.
Inspired by a sci-fi action movie, the competition among teams—the space battle of Robots—is clearly depicted. Along with modern sound and visuals, the cultural features of regions, local identities, and team personalities are portrayed in each Robot design—characters representing the V.League 1 clubs in LPBank V.League 1-2025/26. The 14 unique "Robots" compete for the highest title in LPBank V.League 1-2025/26. Each Robot is accompanied by an image of a player representing the team, expressing power and courage towards the future while stressing that the human element remains central—where talent controls technology.
It can be affirmed that the V.League 2025/26 promo is a breakthrough in approach and branding. Each segment about the clubs in Robot form not only tells an engaging story but also blends modern technology aimed at the future with honoring traditional values and cultural roots.
Another interesting detail in this season’s promo is the order in which clubs appear. Usually, the organizers choose either alphabetical order or the previous season’s rankings. However, this year’s promo, aside from the reigning champion TXNĐ appearing first, features teams appearing in no particular order. The promo consists of two parts: music and visuals. They are independent but closely linked. The visuals, though time-consuming to produce, are mainly based on existing materials. The music, more elaborately produced, relies heavily on creativity. The irregular order of teams actually fits the rhythm of the music better, ensuring content coherence and providing a better emotional experience for viewers.
Overall, beyond the creativity and novelty achieved in recent years, the organizers show a clearer goal of targeting younger audiences by selecting ideas and staging content that align with modern trends, while still preserving and honoring the traditional identity values of each club and locality.
A recap of the Robots designed for each team:
Thép Xanh Nam Định: The first to appear in the season promo is the reigning champion club – Thép Xanh Nam Định, two-time consecutive winners of Vietnam’s most prestigious league (2023/24 and 2024/25 seasons), alongside the image of goalkeeper Trần Nguyên Mạnh (26). The Robot is depicted as the "guardian of the V.League trophy," featuring the stone Nghê statues of Trần Temple in Nam Định, with an energy field shaped by patterns on the Thiên Trường temple gate.
