Coach Nguyễn Anh Đức officially parted ways with Becamex Ho Chi Minh City Club following a disappointing run in the 2025/26 V.League.

This afternoon on September 30, Becamex TPHCM issued an official announcement terminating the contract with head coach Nguyễn Anh Đức.

Specifically, according to the club’s information, after underwhelming results, Coach Nguyễn Anh Đức proactively submitted his resignation as head coach, ending an emotional chapter with his hometown club.

Throughout this period, Coach Anh Đức devoted himself wholeheartedly, pouring his passion and love into this jersey.

The club sincerely thanks the coach and wishes him good health, happiness, and great achievements in the future.

On his personal social media, Coach Nguyễn Anh Đức shared: "Maybe it’s time to step aside for things to improve. It’s regrettable that everything remains unfinished, but I truly appreciate and thank the time spent at Becamex TP.HCM. Farewell, and I wish the team ongoing success in the journey ahead."

Coach Nguyễn Anh Đức became the third coach to leave his position in the 2025/26 V-League season, following Makoto Teguramori (Hanoi FC) and Phan Như Thuật (SLNA).

Following the 1-2 defeat to SHB Đà Nẵng, Coach Nguyễn Anh Đức accepted full responsibility: "I am accountable for this outcome, without avoidance. I deeply thank the fans for their constant support. That means a lot. Football always goes through tough times, and we must overcome them."
