Forward Tuấn Hải reveals his eagerness to find the net for Vietnam in the next two games versus Nepal.
The match between Đà Nẵng and Hà Nội was the earliest game of round 6 in the V-League. Facing a weaker opponent, Hà Nội FC secured another important victory to temporarily overcome a difficult period. The capital club’s attack received good news as Tuấn Hải scored his second V-League goal by opening the scoring in the 2-0 win over Đà Nẵng.
After the match, Tuấn Hải shared: "My feelings and those of the whole team are very joyful. This is the second consecutive win for Hà Nội FC. Moreover, it is also the second time this 2025/26 season that Hà Nội has kept a clean sheet. Personally, I am happy to have contributed a goal to help Hà Nội secure 3 points.
This also motivates Hải to push himself harder every day. This season, all clubs are strong. Currently, Hà Nội FC must strive even more in the race for the championship."
After round 6 of the V-League, Tuấn Hải will join the Vietnam national team to prepare for two matches against Nepal in the 2027 Asian Cup qualifiers. He is expected to share the goal-scoring responsibility with Tiến Linh on the national team’s frontline, alongside young talents like Thanh Nhàn and Đình Bắc.
Speaking about his determination for the two matches against Nepal, Tuấn Hải said: "When joining the Vietnam national team, the coach assigns specific tasks and roles to each player appropriately. I will try my best to perform well and follow the coach’s tactics. Personally, I will try to score goals for the Vietnam national team."
According to the plan, the Vietnam national team will regroup on October 4th in Ho Chi Minh City to prepare for the two legs against Nepal in the 2027 Asian Cup qualifiers. The first leg will be held at Gò Đậu Stadium on October 9th, while the second leg will take place at Thống Nhất Stadium (Ho Chi Minh City) on October 14th, 2025.
