Fabregas has only recently begun his coaching career, but his achievements at Como have made a notable impression. Last season, the Spanish tactician led the Lombardy team to a 10th place finish in Serie A, the best in the club’s history with 13 wins. Under Fabregas’s guidance, Como is recognized for its organized, scientific style of play that maximizes collective strength.
