Messi delivers a hat-trick of assists as Inter Miami easily defeats New England

In the 59th minute, New England unexpectedly reduced the deficit to 1-2 with a stunning long-range shot by Dor Turgeman from outside the box, the ball struck hard into the low corner, leaving goalkeeper Rocco Rios Novo unable to stop it. However, the visitors’ joy lasted only a minute. Immediately on the next attack, Lionel Messi again made an impact with a precise assist to Tadeo Allende, who scored at close range to make it 3-1 for Inter Miami in the 60th minute.

Not finished yet, at the 63rd minute, Jordi Alba completed his brace with a sharp left-footed strike from the left wing, increasing the home side’s lead to three goals.

In the remaining minutes, New England tried to respond with several dangerous shots from Carles Gil and Tomas Chancalay near the end, but goalkeeper Rocco Rios Novo performed excellently to preserve the lead.
