Video: Vietnam National Team Stars Looking Fresh as They Gather Before Asian Cup

On October 4th, 23 players of the Vietnam National Team officially arrived in Ho Chi Minh City to get ready for the two qualifying matches against Nepal for the 2027 Asian Cup.

On October 4th, the Vietnam team officially assembled to get ready for two crucial matches against Nepal on October 9th and 14th. All players appeared in top form, excited for the important battles ahead.

Coach Kim Sang Sik and his team are staying at the Mira Hotel (Thu Dau Mot City, Ho Chi Minh City). This was the same place where the team stayed back in March when they faced Laos.

In this training camp, midfielder Nguyen Quang Hai had to withdraw at the last moment due to incomplete recovery from injury. Coach Kim Sang Sik did not call up any additional players, keeping the squad at 23 participants for the tournament.

At 5:00 PM today, October 5th, Coach Kim Sang Sik’s squad will have their first training session at Go Dau Stadium.
