(Football result) - Aston Villa kept up their strong performance by overcoming Burnley 2-1, with Donyell Malen starring as the hero by scoring twice, helping coach Unai Emery’s squad claim full points.
Right from the kickoff, Aston Villa quickly took control. Fast combinations between Morgan Rogers, John McGinn, and Donyell Malen repeatedly unsettled Burnley’s defense. The pressure finally paid off in the 25th minute when Boubacar Kamara delivered a precise through ball to Donyell Malen, who calmly finished into the left corner, beating Dubravka to open the scoring for Aston Villa.

Conversely, Burnley have yet to improve their away form, suffering their fourth straight loss on the road. Despite showing commendable effort in the second half, Scott Parker’s team still exposed defensive weaknesses and lacked sharpness in finishing.
