The English striker has started the Bundesliga season impressively with 11 goals in 6 matches, a record never before seen in the league's history. Across all competitions, Kane has scored 18 goals in 10 games for Bayern Munich, and including the England national team, that number rises to 19. He opened the scoring in the 5-0 win over Serbia last month—a performance considered a highlight under coach Thomas Tuchel.

At 32 years old, Harry Kane understands that to win the Ballon d'Or—a goal he has always cherished—the prerequisite is to either win the Champions League with Bayern Munich or lift the World Cup with England. Nevertheless, the English star affirms he is enjoying a fulfilling period both on and off the pitch. He shared this during a media event at St George’s Park, just a day after attending the Oktoberfest with teammates in Munich: “I only drank one beer, because I’m not really into beer or fast food. This summer, I decided to eat healthier, cutting out pizza and limiting sweets after matches.”

Harry Kane revealed that his secret to maintaining top form lies in attention to even the smallest details: “You have to make the most of your career. I’ve improved my nutrition, recovery, and training. I eat very cleanly, just cutting back on post-match ‘cheat meals’—no more ice cream with the family. At the highest level, even a 1% change can make a huge difference.”

Kane’s form is devastating. His goal in the 3-0 victory over Frankfurt is proof, with a curling shot that left the goalkeeper helpless. The former Tottenham captain fondly recalled past struggles: “I couldn’t score a single goal in August for several years. Now, this is truly the best start of my career, both for me and the team—10 straight wins. Scoring 19 goals feels amazing.”

Now in his third season in Germany, Kane has not only found success on the field but also fully embraced the local culture. He shared: “I’m used to wearing lederhosen now, and my kids wear traditional dirndl dresses at school. It’s become a part of our life.”

When asked about the scoring race with Erling Haaland and Kylian Mbappe, Kane responded calmly: “I know they keep scoring regularly, but I focus on myself. I really want to win the Ballon d'Or, but it’s an award for the best player in the Champions League or World Cup-winning team. The season is long, but I’m at a club like Bayern—where opportunities are always open. With England, we’re also top contenders for the World Cup.”
