Through the first phase of the training arrangement, the new coaching team gave everyone the impression that the work was very meticulous, down to the arrangement of each day and the evaluation of the results. The content of the physical reserve is mainly training with the ball, the training intensity is very high, two exercises a day, and a 12-minute run will be arranged every day.
