On the afternoon of October 15th, at Binh Duong Stadium (Ho Chi Minh City), the match between Hong Kong U17 Girls (China) and Guam U17 Girls took place as part of Group D in the 2026 AFC U17 Women's Asian Cup qualifiers. The final result was a decisive 7-1 win for Hong Kong U17 Girls (China), who temporarily rose to the top of the group.

After the second round, both Vietnam U17 Girls and Hong Kong U17 Girls (China) have 3 points each, but Hong Kong leads Group D thanks to a superior goal difference.
