Football result - Aston Villa impressively overturned the scoreline away at Tottenham in the Premier League's 8th round.
From the 5th minute, the home side opened the scoring when Joao Palhinha headed a pass to Rodrigo Bentancur, who finished cleanly, putting Tottenham ahead 1-0. In the following minutes, the London team kept up strong pressure with numerous attacks from the right wing by Mohammed Kudus and Mathys Tel, but chances were either missed or ruled offside.

However, after enduring the pressure, Aston Villa gradually regained control. Coach Unai Emery introduced Emiliano Buendia and Ollie Watkins to strengthen the attack. Their efforts paid off in the 77th minute when Buendia dribbled through unmarked before curling a shot that beat goalkeeper Vicario.
