The finals take place from October 31 to November 2, with 16 outstanding teams qualifying through two regional qualifiers: 6 teams from the North and 10 teams from the South.
The 16 teams are divided into 4 groups with fairly balanced competition, promising many exciting and intense matches for the audience.

The champion of the Vietnam Workers and Public Employees Football Tournament 2025 will receive a prize of 200 million VND.
This year's finals introduce several new and exciting features. Notably, the organizers will award the "Best Player of the Match" for all 32 games.
In addition, partner organizations will provide free massage and physical recovery services to players directly at the venue, helping athletes maintain their best condition.
Ms. Thai Thu Xuong - Standing Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour - delivered the opening speech at the National Finals of the Vietnam Workers and Public Employees Football Tournament 2025, affirming: "On behalf of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour, I would like to congratulate and warmly welcome all teams participating in the National Finals of the Vietnam Workers and Public Employees Football Tournament 2025."
She also emphasized that this is an opportunity for civil servants and public employees to improve their health, strengthen solidarity among workers, and contribute to promoting grassroots football and the development of Vietnamese football.
According to Ms. Thai Thu Xuong, over the past years, the Party and State, especially the labor union organizations, have devoted significant resources to care for both the material and spiritual needs of union members and public employees.
The union levels have focused on implementing many measures to protect rights, ensure employment, improve living standards, increase income, and enhance the quality of life for workers, especially those affected by natural disasters and epidemics.
Following the success of the previous two seasons, the third season, with 40 teams registered nationwide, demonstrates the potential of workers for a platform to both socialize and compete with one another.
"I believe this tournament will be a valuable and prestigious playground, a festival of worker solidarity, encouraging workers to actively train to improve their physical fitness and working spirit, promoting businesses, and contributing to the development of localities and the country," Ms. Thai Thu Xuong expressed her hope.
