Man Utd failed to keep their winning streak in the Premier League when they only managed a draw at Nottingham Forest in the 10th round.

Nevertheless, Coach Ruben Amorim did not hesitate to commend his players. We often say that football has its ups and downs, and this season we have proven that. There may be difficult periods, but then we play well for three games in a row. That’s how football is. Today’s match was no different.

We had moments of very good play, scoring and controlling the game towards the end of the first half. But when the second half started, the team struggled, lost focus for about five minutes, and that was enough to be punished in the Premier League. However, we recovered and regained control, which gave a very positive feeling.”

The Portuguese tactician added: “Before, when we had five bad minutes and conceded two goals, we would collapse and fail to recover. But today was different, you could feel this team could win, and more importantly, we knew we wouldn’t lose. That’s a feeling only big teams have.

We had chances to win at the end but only got one point. Clearly, we dropped two points. Last season, we suffered a lot in matches like this. Now, the players know how to overcome those moments.

The key is to stay in the game until the last 10 minutes. That’s the nature of football. Before, we could lose everything due to wrong positioning or poor tactics. But now I feel the team is making clear progress. Of course, there are still things to improve, but the goal is to keep playing better and better.”

Visiting City Ground, Man Utd faced many challenges under Nottingham Forest’s pressure, a team that had gone eight matches without a win in the Premier League. Nevertheless, the "Red Devils" took the lead with Casemiro’s goal in the 34th minute. Afterwards, the visitors pushed forward seeking an equalizer, which came courtesy of Amad Diallo’s spectacular goal in the 82nd minute, ending the match 2-2.
