Da Nang coach frankly states one thing about the abilities of the Russian-Vietnamese midfielder

Coach Le Duc Tuan straightforwardly offered feedback on Vadim Nguyen to help his player develop further going forward.

On the evening of November 2nd, Da Nang Club secured their first unbeaten home match since the start of the 2025/26 season. The game was tightly contested, with SLNA taking the lead at the 80th minute thanks to a goal by Garcia. However, in the final moments, Kim Dong Su delivered a decisive finish to earn a point.

After the match, Coach Duc Tuan shared:"It has been a long time since Da Nang managed a draw at home. This was a very tough match because both teams were eager for the win.”

Regarding the players’ performance, he said: “We have lost many times in the final minutes before, but today the players maintained their fighting spirit. The equalizer in stoppage time was a well-deserved reward for their relentless effort."

When asked about the Russian-Vietnamese midfielder Vadim Nguyen, Coach Le Duc Tuan candidly stated: "Vadim has great potential and the ability to create breakthroughs, but he needs to improve, especially in defensive duties. I want my players not only to score goals but also to support teammates and control the game."

"Every coach wants more talented players, but the key is that they must fit the playing style and be effective. If new players are not clearly better than the current ones, we will continue to trust the existing squad," he added.

With 1 point, Da Nang temporarily escapes the bottom group. However, the relegation battle is unexpectedly tight as all five teams PVF-CAND, Thanh Hoa, Da Nang, HAGL, and SLNA share 7 points each.
