Ronaldo's great record has officially been matched by Mbappe

Kylian Mbappé matched yet another Cristiano Ronaldo record in the game between Real Madrid and Valencia, which took place in the early morning of November 2nd (Vietnam time).

Kylian Mbappe further etched his name into Real Madrid's history after scoring in the 4-0 victory of the "Los Blancos" over Valencia, which occurred in the early hours of November 2nd (Vietnam time) at Santiago Bernabéu, during the 11th round of the 2025/26 La Liga season.

At the 20th minute, Real Madrid was awarded a penalty following a foul inside the box by the visiting team. From the penalty spot, Mbappe confidently stepped up and scored accurately, giving the Spanish royal club the lead. This goal not only helped Los Blancos gain control but also held historic significance for the 26-year-old forward.

According to statistics from expert MisterChip, Mbappe has scored in 8 consecutive La Liga matches, thus becoming the second player in Real Madrid's history to achieve this after Cristiano Ronaldo. This achievement shows that the French striker is becoming the greatest inspiration in the royal club’s attacking play.

After the match, midfielder Federico Valverde expressed his pride in the team’s performance, especially praising Mbappe: “We have many quality players. What I want to emphasize is the spirit and pride in regaining possession. That is what helps us create more chances,” Valverde said.

Earlier, Jude Bellingham also scored in the first half, while Vinícius Jr missed a chance by failing a penalty in the 43rd minute. Nevertheless, Real Madrid showed dominant form with superior ball possession, twice as many shots as their opponent, and complete control of the match. This victory extended coach Xabi Alonso’s team’s impressive streak to 10 wins in 11 rounds, firmly holding the top spot in La Liga.
