On November 4th Beijing time, the second round of the Snooker China Championship ended after fierce competition. The entire Last 32 lineup is finalized, with hardly any surprises. The Chinese team did well, with 9 players advancing, headed by Ding Junhui and Zhao Xintong. Moving forward, we will push for the Last 16, and the prospects are excellent!

The Chinese team is competing on home soil with a strong lineup, and with Ding Junhui as the defending champion, our goal is to keep the trophy in China. Another focus is the new World Champion Zhao Xintong, who has been disappointing with several losses since the start and urgently needs a win to regain confidence!

After the matches, our 9 players stood out to reach the Last 32 with an impressive overall performance. Ding Junhui and Zhao Xintong showed good form; Ding crushed Holt 6-1 in a dominant display, while Zhao gradually regained his rhythm by defeating teammate Fan Zhengyi 6-3. Lei Peifan, Si Jiahui, Zhang Anda, and Wu Yize also won comfortably with commanding victories. Three others advanced by beating strong opponents: He Guoqiang defeated World Champion Bingham 6-4, Jiang Jun unleashed his full power to beat runner-up Wakelin 6-2, and Yuan Sijun won a tough 10-frame battle 6-4 against Walton. These three wins were notable upsets!

With the Last 32 set, the round of 32 matches will begin, a round full of pressure. Although we have 9 players qualified, there will be three fierce internal battles where three players will be eliminated. Zhao Xintong faces Lei Peifan, Wu Yize goes against Zhang Anda, and He Guoqiang meets Jiang Jun. Ding Junhui’s opponent is the manageable Haifield. Si Jiahui will face a tough challenge against Gary Wilson, and Yuan Sijun will take on Alexander Robertson, one of the "80s Five Tigers." We must strive hard to get six players into the Last 16. Let’s go!
