Tingager has been out injured for five matches after missing a home fixture against Silkeborg IF last month.
Since then, his recovery has been slower than anticipated, and Tingager remains unable to return to play.
"Tingager's injury has not recovered as fast as we hoped, and given the nature of the injury, experience tells us not to rush his return to avoid further complications."
"It is understandably frustrating for Frederik, who is eager to help the team and is working hard on his comeback. He is now receiving the necessary rest, and we initially expect him to be ready to return after the Christmas break", explains AGF's Head of Performance & Medical, Phil Mansfield.
AGF experienced their first defeat in twelve games yesterday, losing 3-2 at home to Sonderjyske, dropping to third place in the Danish league, just one point behind FC Midtjylland
