Aiming for their fourth consecutive home victory, Lille controlled the early moments but were briefly unsettled when the visitors scored on seven minutes. Monsef Bakrar managed to power a header into the net at the far post, but it was evident he pushed Thomas Meunier with both hands to create space, and the referee John Beaton promptly disallowed the goal.

It took 21 minutes for the hosts to convert their dominance into a goal, capitalizing on their first significant chance when Hakon Haraldsson slipped Felix Correia through on goal, and he calmly placed the ball between Ivan Filipovic’s legs and into the net.

A second goal, scored 10 minutes before halftime, gave them a strong advantage, thanks to a brilliant move by Hamza Igamane. He seemed to deceive the entire Dinamo defense by cutting inside and feinting a shot, but instead delivered a perfectly timed pass to Ngal'ayel Mukau who was unmarked in the box, and his precise finish made it 2-0.

The same pattern continued after halftime as the visitors struggled to threaten, with Filipovic making a smart save from Haraldsson shortly after the hour mark to keep Dinamo in the match.

However, that save proved futile as Igamane secured the win a minute later with a well-placed angled shot into the far corner, assisted once again by Haraldsson.

Despite the comfortable lead, the home team continued to push for more goals and added a final touch to the scoreline in the 86th minute when Benjamin Andre calmly converted a loose ball after Filipovic parried it in his direction.

This victory improves Lille’s chances of advancing to the knockout stages as they reach nine points, while Dinamo remain well-positioned with seven points but will likely require at least one more win to secure qualification.
