Coach Enzo Maresca showed anger after Chelsea had to play with one less player for over 50 minutes in their draw against Arsenal in the Premier League London derby round 13.

The Italian coach praised the blue team's fighting spirit but at the same time condemned the inconsistency in refereeing decisions that have repeatedly caused Chelsea to suffer disadvantages recently.

Moises Caicedo receives an early red card

Moises Caicedo was sent off in the 38th minute following a dangerous foul on Mikel Merino. Maresca acknowledged that the red card was correct, but he did not understand why Piero Hincapie was only cautioned despite elbowing Trevoh Chalobah, causing a black eye that required icing during halftime.
