LB: Daniel Wilmering - Newcastle Jets (7.9)
Wilmering earned the highest rating in the Jets’ surprising win in Auckland, making three tackles and winning seven duels both on the ground and in the air.
CB: Samuel Souprayen - Melbourne City (8.5*)
Starting for the first time in a month due to City’s congested fixture list, Souprayen impressed with an 85% passing rate, five clearances, and winning ten out of eleven duels contested.
CB: Anthony Pantazopoulos - Western Sydney Wanderers (8.3)

RB: Youstin Salas - Brisbane Roar (8.0)
The 29-year-old Costa Rican achieved his highest rating this season, registering 64 touches and six precise passes into the attacking third.
LM: Bozhidar Kraev - Western Sydney Wanderers (8.1)
Kraev also recorded his best player rating this A-League season, completing passes with 90% accuracy, executing three successful dribbles, and taking two shots on goal.
CM: Alex Rufer - Wellington Phoenix (7.6)
The Phoenix captain opened the scoring in Wellington by arriving unmarked at the far post and calmly finishing. Rufer also completed ten accurate passes into the final third, the second highest in the match.
CM: Louis Verstraete - Auckland FC (7.5)
Verstraete leveled the score early for the Black Knights with one of his three shots. He also made more accurate long passes (7 out of 13) than any other player during Auckland’s defeat to the Jets.
RM: Kazuki Nagasawa - Wellington Phoenix (7.7)
Nagasawa assisted Wellington’s opening goal with one of his four accurate crosses and completed 12 precise passes in the attacking third. He was the only player to create two major chances and won four ground duels defensively.
ST: Ramy Najjarine - Wellington Phoenix (8.1)
Najjarine was the second scorer for the Phoenix, converting a penalty to make it 2-0. He also took four shots and made eight accurate passes in the attacking third.
ST: Alou Kuol - Western Sydney Wanderers (7.6)
Kuol was the hero in the Sydney derby by scoring his first goal for the club. Unfortunately, he suffered a hip injury and may have to miss some playing time.
