Xavi unexpectedly targeted by a Premier League giant

Experts consider Xavi a strong candidate for Tottenham due to his possession-based football philosophy and modern attacking mindset. While managing Barcelona, he led the Catalan club to a La Liga title and significantly enhanced their attacking play.
