Goalkeeper
Ivo Grbic (Karagumruk) 9
Although they suffered a 2-0 defeat at home to Besiktas on Sunday, Karagumruk owed a lot to goalkeeper Grbic, who single-handedly kept the visitors from increasing their lead.
The Croatian goalkeeper made 10 saves during the match, including a brilliant penalty stop against Cengiz Under in the second half.
Defense
Lukas Kubler (Freiburg) 8.7
Kubler set the tone for Freiburg’s commanding 4-0 home win over Mainz, positioning himself perfectly to score from close range.
After opening the scoring, the seasoned German continued to influence the game by winning four ground duels and making three crucial tackles.
Malick Thiaw (Newcastle) 8.8
Newcastle ended their away difficulties in the Premier League with an emphatic 4-1 victory at Everton's Hill Dickinson Stadium on Saturday night.
Thiaw both opened and sealed the scoring for the Magpies with two excellent headers, while also being defensively solid, winning seven duels and making five clearances.

Maxim De Cuyper (Brighton) 8.8
De Cuyper scored his second Brighton & Hove Albion goal since transferring from Club Brugge this summer, helping the Seagulls secure an impressive 2-0 away victory against Nottingham Forest.
The Belgian calmly finished past Matz Sels to give his team the lead before halftime, and won all three ground duels during his 84 minutes on the field.
Midfield
Sami Ouaissa (NEC Nijmegen) 9.3
NEC Nijmegen climbed to third place in the Eredivisie over the weekend thanks to a goal and assist from Ouaissa in their 3-1 home win against Sparta Rotterdam.
The 21-year-old provided the assist for Koki Ogawa’s opening goal and secured the victory early in the second half with a precise close-range header.
Morten Thorsby (Genoa) 9
Daniele De Rossi celebrated his first win as Genoa manager on Saturday afternoon as the struggling Rossoblu came from behind to defeat bottom-placed Verona 2-1 in Serie A.
Thorsby was key for the hosts, scoring the winning header shortly after the hour mark and winning 75% of his 28 aerial duels.
Orkun Kokcu (Besiktas) 9
Besiktas proved too strong for Karagumruk on Sunday, with Kokcu’s midfield performance central to their 2-0 win .
The 24-year-old completed 92% of his passes, won five ground duels, and created three major chances during the match.
Joey Veerman (PSV) 8.8
Veerman continues to impress for PSV, scoring his sixth Eredivisie goal of the season in acomfortable 3-0 victory for Peter Bosz’s team against FC Volendam.
Veerman not only opened the scoring within six minutes with a confident low shot, but also won all five ground duels and achieved a 91% pass accuracy.

Dani Olmo (Barcelona) 8.9
Barcelona returned to the top of LaLiga this weekend after a 3-1 comeback win against Alaves, marking their fourth consecutive league victory under Hansi Flick.
After being on the bench midweek against Chelsea, Olmo made a strong return to the starting lineup, scoring two well-taken goals and completing 80% of his passes in the attacking third.
Attack
Florian Thauvin (Lens) 9.3
Lens secured their fourth straight win to overtake Paris Saint-Germain atop Ligue 1, with Thauvin starring in a hard-fought 2-1 victory at Angers.
The seasoned forward opened the scoring just before halftime with a brilliant strike from the edge of the box, then sealed the win late in the second half with a lucky deflected shot.
Keinan Davis (Udinese) 9.6
Davis delivered an excellent all-around striker performance for Udinese on Saturday as the Bianconeri dominated Parma in a convincing2-0 away win.
He not only won and converted the penalty for Udinese’s second goal, but also completed 75% of his dribbles and won all six of his ground duels.
