Claudia Pinascored twice in the second half, surrounding a Vicky Lopez goal, securing Spain, the 2023 World Cup champions, their third international title.
A record attendance at home for Spain saw 55,843 fans at Atletico Madrid's Metropolitano Stadium witness Sonia Bermudez's team claim the first trophy under the new coach.
Spain missed their three-time Ballon d'Or winner Aitana Bonmati who broke her leg during training on Sunday, but still delivered a convincing win in the capital.
The Euro 2025 runners-up depended on goalkeeper Cata Coll to maintain their chances in the first leg at Kaiserslautern but dominated Christian Wueck's team in the crucial second leg.
"Our sole goal was to win, and we achieved it," Pina told TVE.
"The entire team played excellently and we've won a new trophy," she added.
"(The atmosphere was) incredible, the fans who always support us came here, without them this victory wouldn't have been possible."
Esther Gonzalez had an early shot narrowly miss and Ann-Katrin Berger made a save from Alexia Putellas's header.
Coll handled two Germany long-range attempts, but Spain controlled the game.
Arsenal midfielder Mariona Caldentey could have scored twice in the first half but volleyed over when well positioned and blasted another shot directly at Berger.
Germany's Nicole Anyomi had the best chance just before halftime but narrowly missed her shot.
The visitors started the second half strongly as well, before Pina put Spain ahead in the 61st minute.
The Barcelona forward combined with Caldentey before firing a shot from the edge of the box. Berger touched it but couldn’t stop the goal.
Lopez, her teenage teammate at Barça, scored the second with a beautiful curling shot past Berger seven minutes later, having nearly scored a similar goal in the first half that went just over the bar.
Pina sealed Spain’s victory with an impressive solo effort, regaining possession inside German territory, advancing forward, and launching a spectacular long-range shot into the top corner.
'Proud' Hermoso
Former Atletico and Barcelona striker Jenni Hermoso came on as a substitute for the last 10 minutes and was thrilled to add another trophy to her national team achievements.
Hermoso was forcibly kissed on the lips by then Spanish football federation president Luis Rubiales after Spain’s 2023 World Cup win, causing global outrage.
Former Spain coach Montse Tome excluded her from the squad, but Bermudez recalled Hermoso for the Nations League semifinals and final after a year away from the team.
"My happy expression says everything — to return, to win in my hometown, with my people, with the whole family, putting on a show, it’s wonderful," Hermoso told TVE.
"Today I’m very proud to wear this jersey, to win a title, and to still enjoy playing football."
