Multiple Premier League and Bundesliga clubs are competing for Manchester City forward Bob, with Fulham close to a £35 million deal.

Following Manchester City's acquisition of Semenyo in the winter window, the 22-year-old Norwegian winger’s position in the squad hierarchy has slipped once more. As reported by well-known reporter Ornstein, multiple clubs from the Premier League, Bundesliga, and Portuguese league are keen to bring Bob in during the winter, with a projected transfer fee above £30 million and a market value of €25 million.

According to Italian transfer expert Romano’s follow-up report, Fulham, a London-based Premier League club, is the closest to finalizing the signing of Bob this winter. Their £35 million offer is near agreement with Manchester City, while Bundesliga’s Borussia Dortmund is considering whether to match the bid and compete. Fulham’s deal is for a permanent transfer, not a loan, with the verbal offer of £35 million including add-ons.

For Bob, the player is eager to secure consistent playing time and is actively preparing for the World Cup in the US, Canada, and Mexico. Therefore, he is willing to leave Manchester City to join a club in a top European league where he can be a regular starter.

Bob is a left-footed right winger, standing 1.75 meters tall. This Premier League season, he has made only 9 appearances, 5 of which were starts, totaling 467 minutes on the field, with no goals and 1 assist. In the Champions League, he played 3 times, starting once, accumulating 73 minutes without contributing to any goals. Since his injury, Bob has become somewhat fragile and has lost much of his sharpness.
