PVF CAND was defeated 0-3 in the Round 14 V-League fixture versus Da Nang, further complicating their fight to avoid relegation.

The clash between Da Nang and PVF CAND was seen as a reverse final, as both teams occupied the bottom two spots in the V-League standings. Da Nang, with home advantage, started more confidently and consistently dominated PVF CAND. After several back-and-forth exchanges, the home team opened the scoring early in the 9th minute.

Phan Van Long played a key role with a skillful dribble, breaking straight into the box before passing for Hong Phuc to unleash a powerful shot that rippled the net of PVF CAND. The early goal provided a significant morale boost for Da Nang.

The 1-0 scoreline remained until the end of the first 45 minutes. PVF CAND pushed forward in search of an equalizer, but Da Nang played with discipline and maintained a solid defensive shape. The match then saw few notable chances until the final minutes.

In the 80th minute, PVF CAND's morale was dealt a severe blow as Da Nang scored their second goal. Pham Van Huu delivered an accurate cross from the right flank, and Ribamar rose high to head home a dangerous effort, beating goalkeeper Phi Minh Long.

Near the end of the match, midfielder Xuan Bac scored an own goal, resulting in PVF CAND conceding a third time. Losing 0-3 to direct rival Da Nang, PVF CAND now sits second from bottom in the standings, only one point above Da Nang at the foot of the table but having played one more game.
