On the afternoon of March 1, the Vietnamese Women's Team continued their second training session in Perth (Australia), actively refining professional aspects, focusing on the upcoming competition with high concentration and determination.
With experience gained from a 7-day training camp in China, the whole team quickly adapted to the weather and field conditions in Australia. The coaching staff focused on strengthening tactical elements, enhancing coordination between lines, and adjusting training intensity to match competition demands.
Sharing before the training session, forward Ngoc Minh Chuyen said: “I and the whole team are working very hard for this tournament. Previously, we had a 7-day training camp in China. This is a good opportunity to learn from each match and prepare well before entering the competition.”
Having participated in the AFC U20 Women's Asian Cup final, Ngoc Minh Chuyen considers past international experiences valuable preparation: “I took part in the AFC U20 Women's Asian Cup final – a very challenging tournament. I competed against high-quality youth teams, especially the young Japanese players. Through that, I gained a lot of experience to apply in a top continental women's football tournament like this final round.”
Expressing honor at being given another opportunity with the Vietnamese Women's Team, the young player affirmed: “I am very honored by the trust of the coaching staff. I will strive to learn even more. This is a major tournament and will be a memorable milestone in my career.”
Earlier that morning (March 1), the whole team attended a meeting with representatives of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) at their hotel to receive general tournament information and updates on notable points in the Competition Regulations. Preparations are being carried out comprehensively, ensuring the Vietnamese Women's Team is ready to compete with initiative and the highest determination.
