OFFICIAL: Vietnam National Team Finalizes Plan to Rematch Malaysia

VFF announces the assembly time and venue for the Vietnam National Team's friendly match.

The Vietnam Football Federation has officially confirmed the venue and schedule for the international friendly match within the March 2026 FIFA Days window between the Vietnam National Team and the Bangladesh National Team. Accordingly, this encounter will take place at 7:00 PM on March 26, 2026, at Hang Day Stadium (Hanoi).

This match serves as a crucial preparatory step for the Vietnam national team before their rematch with the Malaysian team in the final match of the third round of 2027 Asian Cup qualification. Based on the coaching staff's technical assessment, the visiting Bangladesh team is considered a suitable "test opponent" during the FIFA Days period, providing the Vietnam team with an opportunity to evaluate their squad and maintain their international match rhythm.
