Round 15 of V-League 2025/26 is set for considerable lineup changes with many pillars sidelined by bans, among them Thể Công Viettel's defender Kyle Colonna.
According to the latest announcement from the Organizing Committee, five players will be absent this round after accumulating enough yellow cards or receiving direct red cards in the previous round.
First is the case of Khong Minh Gia Bao (Ho Chi Minh City Police). The defender wearing number 13 has collected three yellow cards and will miss his team's away match against HAGL (March 7th). This is a significant loss for the southern representative's defense, especially as they need points to improve their league standing.
Similarly, SLNA also suffers a setback as Vuong Van Huy is suspended due to a red card. The number 2 player will be unavailable for the home match against Hai Phong on March 7th. His absence presents a tough personnel puzzle for the Nghe team's flanks.
Notably, in the match between Thể Công Viettel and Becamex Binh Duong (March 8th), the military team will be without the services of Colonna Kyle Nino due to accumulating three yellows. Losing a key defensive option could impact Thể Công Viettel's tactical setup in what is predicted to be a high-pressure encounter.
Meanwhile, Hanoi FC is the most severely affected team, with two players suspended this round. Dau Van Toan is banned after reaching three yellow cards, while striker Floro Da Silva Daniel is absent due to a red card. Both will miss the clash with Hanoi Police on March 8th. This shortage undoubtedly poses a major challenge for the capital city club, especially facing a direct rival.
