Dinh Bac shares noteworthy remarks after scoring a hat-trick in V-League Round 20 against SLNA.

On April 26th at Hang Day Stadium, Hanoi Police Club secured an impressive 4-2 victory over SLNA, further solidifying their top position in the V-League standings. The standout performer of the match was none other than forward Nguyen Dinh Bac, who scored his first career hat-trick in the V-League, playing a major role in helping his team secure all three points.

Speaking about his first hat-trick in the V-League, Dinh Bac acknowledged it as a very special milestone in his career. He expressed happiness that his teammates trusted him with the opportunity to take the penalty kick at the end of the match to complete the hat-trick. According to the 2004-born forward, that moment brought unforgettable emotions and was a reward for his persistent efforts over time.

Beyond personal significance, this hat-trick also marks a notable milestone for Vietnamese football. Dinh Bac becomes the first domestic player to score a hat-trick in a V-League match after five consecutive seasons. Before him, the most recent player to achieve this was Nguyen Tien Linh on April 8, 2021, when the Binh Duong forward scored a hat-trick in a 4-3 victory over Nam Dinh.

After the match, the young striker from Nghe An could not hide his joy but maintained his usual humility. Dinh Bac stated that before facing SLNA, the coaching staff and the entire team identified this as one of the remaining "7 finals" of the season. Therefore, the whole team focused solely on each match, avoiding thinking further ahead to prevent unnecessary pressure.

He shared that the victory over SLNA was a gift the entire team wanted to give to the fans who have always accompanied, cheered, and motivated Hanoi Police Club throughout this period.
